Return Process

A period of 30 days from the date of delivery is provided for the return of goods, irrespective of the reason for the return. Once this timeframe has elapsed, we will not accept any returned items. To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@dreamsleep.uk. It is important that the items remain unused, are in their original packaging, and include all tags. Although you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, there will be no restocking fees applied.

Refunds

After we have received your returned package, we will review it and send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. This process may take as long as 7 days. If you find that it takes longer, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us for support.
